| The skein-making machine is produced by the Design and Manufacture
Center of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences for Silk-thread
Machineries. The center has been working in the skein-making
machineries for about 15 years and has strengthened its presence
in the industry thanks to its continuous research and the
constant desire to improve and innovate its technology and
knowledge of the industry. The commercial network has covered
over ten cities in China. |

of silk and well-knowed by its beauty spot-WESTLAKE . The
machine designing has been dealt with one of the provincial
major technological research projects by the local government.

Serial Digital Control Skein-making Machine
|
GD-SW-2008 serial digital control skein-making machine is a specialized
equipment transferring cone winded silk-thread to skein twisted
one. Which is mainly used in textile industries for the skein-making
of silk, chemical fiber, cotton, wool, jute and some other
thread for exporting and dyeing process.

The machine consists of many stations. Every station has
two sides and will be installed adjacent so it saves space.
Each is a selfcontained unit and can work individually so
that a lot of combinations are available. It is usually 6
units, 12 units, 16 units, 18 units, 20 units.
The machine is with (1) tension adjustment system, and (2)
Count apparatus, and (3) automatic stop instrument for stubble,
and (4) diaphragm-type synchronous track frequency selection
photoelectricity transducer element and (5) digital control
computer, and (6) electronic yarn cleaner which is optional.
The machine possess such advantage as high automation, precision
skein fixed length. distinct figure, better quality and less
material waste. Hence an advanced and practical skein-making
device.
This is the simplest machine to operate. There are hall sensors
on the machine that measure how many rotations have gotten.
At the beginning we can set the control to measure off as
many yarns as wanted, then the machine will keep going until
it has reached what we have set.

years, some machinery companies have infringed our patent
by unlicensed manufacture. Their products often experience
machine malfunction for lack of obtaining the key technology.
